Those guests will enjoy a winning blend of history and modernity in the heart of downtown Philadelphia, just steps from the City of Brotherly Love's most iconic sights and experiences. A longtime member of the Marriott family, he's led kitchens at Philadelphia's Downtown Courtyard Marriott and Parkridge Marriott. Over his career, Chef Ricky has received many accolades, including being selected for multiple Pennsylvania Iron Chef competitions.
"Philadelphia is a great food town, from fine dining to cheesesteaks, and I'm excited to bring my own spin on dining to The Notary," Gross said. "This is going to be an exceptional place for both guests and locals, and I'm proud to be a part of it."
